STFU, Ingraham: House Democrat Blasts Fox News Host for Welcoming Removal of Federal Employees [Video]

Rep. Sean Casten (D-IL) had some choice words for Fox News host Laura Ingraham on Friday night.

On her show that evening, Ingraham hailed President-elect Donald Trump’s selection of Russell Vought to lead the Office of Management and Budget for the second time. Vought was a co-author of Project 2025, a controversial conservative agenda for a second Trump term that Trump disavowed while on the campaign trail. However, since winning the election this month, the president-elect has named several Project 2025 contributors to serve in his administration.

Vought has been a staunch proponent of Schedule F classifications, which would remove civil service protections from thousands of government employees. The classification would allow the executive branch to much more easily fire bureaucrats. Trump issued an executive order to this effect in October 2020, but it was rescinded when Joe Biden became president just months later.
