The Governor is scheduled to be in Berks County for one of his first official public events after not being selected as Kamala Harris’ running mate earlier this week.

The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency says they expect storms to “lift sooner than predicted” as the remnants of Debby sweeps across the state.
