State Fire Marshal seeks tips in Wayne County mobile home arson case [Video]

SHREVE, Ohio — A weekend mobile home fire in Wayne County has been ruled as arson and now investigators from the State Fire Marshal’s officer are asking for your help in finding those responsible. 

According to a release from the Ohio Department of Commerce Division of State Fire Marshal (SFM), the mobile home fire happened in Shreve on Dec. 21. The Clinton Township Fire and Rescue responded to the call just before 7:20 p.m. 

Three neighboring mobile homes were also damage by the fire. SFM officials say investigators determined that the fire was intentionally set during the course of their review. 

A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered by the Blue Ribbon Arson Committee for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
