Starbucks is introducing a whole new portfolio of iced drinks.
On June 25, the coffee chain announced a handful of fun (and permanent!) menu items to kick off summer, including iced energy beverages.
The energy drinks come in two flavors: Tropical Citrus and Melon Burst Iced Energy. According to a press release, they “combine sparkling fruit flavors and iced tea for a cool burst of sugar-free energy.”
The Tropical Citrus Iced Energy blends passionfruit and citrus flavors and is mixed with “mint-tinted” green tea. It contains 205mg of caffeine, which per the release, is “similar to a grande Starbucks cold brew.”
The Melon Burst features melon and cucumber flavors mixed with passion tango tea. Containing 180mg of caffeine, it’s slightly less jolted with energy than the former.
