Spokane Valley police hosting trunk-or-treat on Hallowween [Video]

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — The Spokane Valley Police Department and the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office are hosting a Halloween trunk-or-treat event. 

The event will be held at the Sun City Church in the Spokane Valley from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31. 

SCSO says there will be candy and a vehicle decorating contest. K-9 units and Air 1 will also be at the event for people to learn about.
