SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane County animal protection service, SCRAPS, will be offering 100 free spay/neuters for household dogs.
This comes after SCRAPS says they have seen a recent spike in the number of pregnant dogs in the community.
The event will take place at the SCRAPS facility on Aug. 25 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Registration for the event will be required and there is a refundable or donatable fee of $25.00.
All microchipping and follow-up medical questions will be offered to Spokane County residents at no charge.
