A small business in Walnut is asking for help and support from its community after being hit by three smash-and-grabs within a span of 10 days.
The first of three burglaries that staff believe were committed by the same suspect happened in the early morning hours of Halloween.
Security footage captured a masked man on a bike roll up to The Curry Pizza Company in the 300 block of South Lemon Avenue and throw what appears to be a rock at the front door.
Staff said the suspect made his way inside, jumped the counter and grabbed what he could from the register. He made off with $400 in this first hit.
On another day, the suspect appears to take out a crowbar and break through the glass door before smashing the register.
