SHOALS, In. (WTHI) – Library officials in Shoals, Indiana, are doing everything they can to secure necessary funding for required building upgrades before the end of the month.
The Shoals Public Library has stood in it’s current location for over one hundred years. Constructed in 1914, the building has been a cornerstone of the Shoals community for generations. The building offers essential resources, such as copying, printing, Wi-Fi, children’s activities, and of course….books. The Shoals community is just over 600 people, but library officials say that dozens of people come in each and every day.
