MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Shelby County is preparing their community members as voting time nears.
The first ever Shelby County Voter Alliance media day was held to educate the community to the importance of voting rights.
One organizer stressed the importance of media and broadcasting in making known the voting process and all that it requires.
The event helped train local nonprofit organizations on media etiquette when it comes to voting rights information.
