Sandia community thriving and growing with new development [Video]

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The small city of Sandia is growing and there are several projects in the works to help it continue to prosper. 

Joe Knolle and his family has called this area home since the 1900’s. Now, Knolle is the fourth generation owner of Knolle Dairy Farms and said the community has always been supportive, especially right now with many projects underway. 

“It’s changed a lot. You know we’ve gone through periods where there’s been a lot of difficulty it appears in policing in the area,” Knolle said. “It appears that there is a very good energy that is taking place now where a lot of different entities are working better and communicating better and focusing their efforts.”
