Coastal Television of Anchorage LLC is looking for a Sales Coordinator. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. This position has heavy data entry and is full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30a – 5:30p. Reliable transportation and the ability to work full-time are necessary.

Job Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to station management including but not limited to:

  • Creating detailed files
  • Assisting with general sales record-keeping
  • Various software related duties-processing pre-emptions/makegoods, order entry, order revisions, etc. in a proprietary software system for our sales team
  • Maintaining programming in available systems
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of station/sales events
  • Provide coverage to the reception desk as needed.
  • Create, type, and distribute internal and external correspondence from station management
  • Possess computer and software skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Possess the ability to learn proprietary software systems
  • Assist in compiling contracts and proposals
  • Accomplish responsibilities as required using software approved by Coastal Television
  • Other duties as assigned
