Ruston kicks off series of holiday events [Video]

MONROE, La. (KNOE) – Ruston city leaders hosted their holiday kickoff event at Railroad Park on Thursday, Nov. 21.

Experience Ruston Marketing and Communication Director Tori Davis loves the holiday season and says Ruston works to make sure it is enjoyable for all families.

“Everything kicks off with the kickoff to Christmas and holiday open house here in downtown Ruston, but it continues throughout the entire season,” Davis said.

If you missed Thursday’s event, there are lots more happening around the area.

“There are a ton of other events happening in our rural communities, in Choudrant and Dubach, so that is going to be a packed weekend. The Holiday Arts Tour is also happening that weekend, so there is plenty to do those first few weekends in December.
