Rochester Downtown Alliance looks ahead to fall events | News [Video]

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Interim Executive Director Kathleen Harrington says over the summer for Thursday’s Downtown they had around 86,000 visitors and businesses were able to get customers from that. 

For a few Monday’s in September they will have salsa dancing and a couple big festivals like Latino Fest and Family Fun Day. Harrington says their goals are to continue to help businesses. 

“We’re about increasing the success of our businesses here because as they succeed the tax base is strong and solid so we’re all about making sure people know about the great businesses we have here,” said Harrington.
