Rising Star: Carleigh Lipscomb [Video]

Congratulations to this week’s Rising Star, Carleigh Lipscomb!

Carleigh is a senior at Gadsden City High School with a 4.0 GPA. She is a member of Beta Club, Key Club, National Honor Society, and is Executive SGA President. Also, she attended Alabama Girls State this past summer and works as a tutor at Eura Brown Elementary School. Her hard work and leadership motivate all those around her.
