Report – WWE Nixed Becky Lynch’s Return During RAW’s Netflix Debut [Video]

WWE RAW’s debut on Netflix was a historic event for the promotion, but plans for Becky Lynch to make her return were reportedly nixed.

Lynch hasn’t competed for WWE since May 2024 and became a free agent the following month when her contract with the company expired.

BodySlam is reporting that Lynch was in Los Angeles for the event and was originally slated to make her return following the Women’s World Title match.

Instead of Lynch, fans saw The Undertaker share a post-match segment with Rhea Ripley after the Australian regained the title from Liv Morgan.

Ripley and Lynch battled at WrestleMania 40 in April 2024 with the Australian defeating Lynch to retain the gold.

Lynch was featured in the promotional material for RAW’s move to Netflix. WWE reportedly plans on Lynch factoring heavily into WrestleMania 41 plans.
