The Blythewood community is grieving the loss of Troy Allen Moore while celebrating his impact as a dedicated athlete and cherished student.
BLYTHEWOOD, S.C. — A South Carolina high school community is mourning the loss of a well-known and beloved student on Saturday.
Blythewood High School Principal Matt Sherman sent a message to parents announcing the death of junior Troy Allen Moore.
“Troy was a cherished member of our community, known for his athletic talents as a member of both our varsity football and basketball teams, his kindness, enthusiasm and academic excellence,” he said.
“His talent, dedication, & bright spirit made a lasting impact on all,” the post said.
