COLORADO SPRINGS, CO — Tuesday is a big day for neighbors of the Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs. The city is hosting a community listening session on the north side.
Vanessa Zink with the city of Colorado Springs says 200 people have registered for the session as of Monday.
Mayor Yemi Mobolade and City Council President Randy Helms are hosting the event. City leaders hope to listen, learn from, and engage directly with people who live near the amphitheater. They’ll also share information about additional sound mitigation strategies.
