RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Local author Celeste Yvonne published a bestselling book, “It’s Not About The Wine: The Loaded truth Behind Mommy Wine Culture,” in 2023 about the pitfalls of mommy wine culture.

She stopped by Morning Break to talk about how the book dives into her own struggles with alcohol and parenthood. Since her book was published, she’s become a founding host of the Sober Mom Squad, a sober support community, and a certified recovery coach. During Thursday’s day show, she shared the benefits of a dry or “damp” January and tips for staying the course for anyone who is struggling.
