ESPN NFL analyst Randy Moss is stepping away from the network as he deals with an undisclosed health issue, but Moss hasn’t revealed what he is battling. That has led to rumors about Moss’s health, but Moss’s son debunked at least one of those rumors.
Larry Fitzgerald Sr., who is a long-time Minnesota sportswriter, posted on social media that Moss was dealing with liver cancer. However, Moss’s son, Thaddeus Moss, replied to the post by vehemently denying the rumor.
“This is disgusting,” Moss told Fitzgerald. “You have no right to try to make private matters public for the sake of engagement. I do not believe my father talks to you, so check your f***ing sources.”
However, that rumor continued to spread, as former quarterback Brett Favre later gave Moss prayers for his alleged liver cancer treatment. Thaddeus Moss then responded to Favre that his father would address the situation on his own time.
