Raleigh organization tackles human trafficking, food insecurity, and housing-now plans expansion [Video]

A Raleigh-based organization known for its efforts in combating human trafficking, addressing housing insecurity, and providing food to those in need is now planning to expand its services.

The Ship Outreach Community Center, is a pillar of support in Southeast Raleigh, has been working tirelessly to meet the needs of people, and its founder Pastor Chris Jones says the need for their services is only growing.

Each month, The Ship distributes 50,000 loaves of bread to local residents, providing vital food support to families and individuals facing food insecurity. In addition to its food ministry, the center offers job training programs aimed at helping people regain stability and independence.
