RadiantGraph, a company that uses machine learning and AI to drive consumer engagement for healthcare, launched integration capabilities with Amazon Web Service (AWS), Google Cloud platform, Snowflake, and Databricks.
The aim is to allow organizations that are transitioning to cloud platforms, to integrate their data with AI-driven personalization within a short period of time.
RadiantGraph empowers healthcare plans to unravel and decode intricate data from operational systems, providers and other sources, to deliver personalized member communication that enhances engagement and care outcomes.
According to the company, a dearth of integration could mean patients face delays in handling health issues and getting the proper care.
