Juanita said she’s reached out to the school, the chief of police, Gov Wes Moore and council members but she’s received no help or answers.
OXON HILL, Md. — On Monday morning, the Oxon Hill, Maryland community will be holding a rally at Potomac High School for Kayla – the 14-year-old girl who was assaulted in school on Dec. 5 and left with a broken nose and hand.
Juanita Caldwell told WUSA9 her 14-year-old daughter Kayla has nightmares about the attack.
“Three in the morning, she woke up saying she had a nightmare that the same people put a hit on her.” Caldwell, said.
On Dec. 5, Juanita said her daughter was the victim of an alleged assault that left her with a broken nose, hand and several bruises.
