Each plan aims to transform the site into a major community and tourist destination, with the winning bid set to be announced in mid-December.
Kituwah LLC: Tourism-Focused DevelopmentKituwah LLC, the economic development arm of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, proposes a tourism and entertainment hub. The company plans to incorporate restaurants, hotels, and retail spaces, leveraging its success with “The 407: Gateway to Adventure” project in Sevierville.
Kituwah also owns 122 acres near the stadium, which it plans to integrate into the redevelopment to create a large-scale attraction. The proposal emphasizes job creation, infrastructure improvement, and cultural preservation as key goals.
