Madam Abla Dzifa Gomashie, the Member of Parliament for Ketu South from the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has been nominated by President Mahama to head the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts.
She is a seasoned politician and expert in the creative arts, with decades of experience in advocacy and youth leadership.
As a two-term Member of Parliament, she has been at the forefront of initiatives focused on development and community support.
She also served as the Deputy Minister for the Ministry of Tourism, where she played a key role in promoting Ghanaian culture, especially through theatre arts, which is a lifelong passion of hers. This has earned her admiration both in Ghana and abroad.
