The mayor of Portland offered his vision for the year ahead while also looking back at 2024. Mayor Mark Dion gave his annual State of the City address Monday night at city hall. While sharing the progress made in Portland this past year, Dion also pointed out issues to keep in mind as 2025 begins.In his speech, the mayor said residents tell him the city isn’t as safe as it once was.
