Witnesses said a man pulled out a gun and stole an unknown amount of cash before fleeing with another individual in a black Honda Civic.
NORTH CANTON, Ohio — Police say they are actively searching for suspects following a bank robbery in North Canton Thursday afternoon.
According to a press release, the incident occurred just after 2 p.m. at the Citizens Bank on North Main Street. Witnesses said a man pulled out a gun and stole an unknown amount of cash before fleeing with another individual in a black Honda Civic that was reported stolen out of Canton.
The suspect who committed the robbery was only described as wearing a hooded sweatshirt and a dark medical mask. No description of the getaway driver was provided.
