GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Greensboro Police Department responded to a call of shots fired at the McDonald’s on Randleman Road on Sunday evening, a department spokesperson confirmed to WFMY News 2.
A press release sent out by the Greensboro Police Department on Sunday said officers responded to the McDonald’s at 6:57 p.m. on Sunday in reference to an aggravated assault.
According to police, one victim was transported from the scene to a local hospital for treatment.
There is no information at this time about possible suspects. A WFMY News 2 photographer said they saw at least 10 police cars at the scene.
Earlier this week, one juvenile was killed and another juvenile was injured in a shooting at the Waffle House on Randleman Road.
