RAPID CITY, S.D. – The annual Black Hills Pickleball Classic Tournament was held at the Canyon Lake Activity Center in Rapid City on Sunday, September 15.
160 members across from 3 states came to play in over 300 games in the tournament. Players spoke on the importance of building a community for this event.
“It’s always a lot of fun,” said group member Steve Dick. “You know, pickleball is more about just the socializing. And we have a great group here.
“It is fun when you bring people that we don’t know to come in and get know and laugh, and they have, different challenges, different games, and let’s see as much as the competition is, there and, we look forward to socializing and the laughter.”
