NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The New Orleans Pelicans tip off their 2024-2025 NBA season tonight at the Smoothie King Center against the Chicago Bulls, and fans can catch all the action on Fox 8 and the Gulf Coast Sports and Entertainment Network (GCSEN).
The game will air live on Fox 8 and GCSEN, with coverage beginning at 6 p.m. with the Fox 8 Live Tailgate show, followed by a pre-game show at 6:30 p.m. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m., and fans can stick around for highlights and analysis on the post-game show.
Cox Cable customers in New Orleans will find the Gulf Coast Sports Network on channel 129 tonight before it moves to its permanent home on channel 10 starting Friday. For antenna users, the Gulf Coast Sports & Entertainment Network is on channel 7.
Antonio Daniels, one of the voices of the Pelicans, says the new broadcasting partnership will bring the team to more homes across the Gulf South.
