Park Fire: survivor resource connection in Cohasset | News [Video]

BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. – The help keeps coming for people trying to get back on track after the Park Fire.

The Cohasset Community Association and the Red Cross joined forces to bring resources and support to Park Fire survivors.

“Yes, my home was a total loss; there was nothing left off my home or my property; it was on,” a board member of the Cohasset Community Association, Frank Ditirro, said.

The organizations are giving away donated clothes, shoes and other resources all for free at the association’s center on 11 Maple Creek Ranch Road. Most of the donations came from community members.

“Yes, but we don’t need any more clothing donations, but later on we may be looking for a few things. Another way to donate is we have opened a fund through the North Valley Community Foundation for the Cohasset Community Association,” secretary for the Cohasset Community Association, Susana Malcolm, said.
