OxygenOS 15 new features and supported devices [Video]

OnePlus has introduced the new features of the OxygenOS 15 update based on the latest Android 15 operating system plus, the update schedule for the devices that supports it.

As per the company, the new OxygenOS 15 update is a big one as it focuses on speed, design and, of course, AI. OnePlus claims that the animation interactions are more refined thanks to the new Parallel Processing, which should provide smoother experience under heavy use.

OnePlus also claims that the new software will take up 20% less space on the OnePlus 13 than OxygenOS 14 did on the current flagship, OnePlus 12.

For the design, the new OxygenOS will come with new icons, boost animation, additional shelf card choices, and more fingerprint-unlocking animations. The company has also implemented Gaussian Blur and “comprehensive shimmering effects” across the system.

OnePlus also made the notifications bar, settings menu, and control center cleaner and more straightforward.
