Overheating Blackwell chips bad news for NVIDIA [Video]

Uh-oh, NVIDIA’s Blackwell AI superchips – launched with much fanfare by the world’s most valuable company in March – are reportedly overheating when stacked together in server racks, according to a report from The Information.

The problem seems to be their placement as this issue only emerges when several chipsets are connected together in server racks and stored close together – racks that hold up to 72 chips, specifically.
