Outlander’s latest gripping episode, Carnal Knowledge, delved into the complex aftermath of Claire (played by Caitriona Balfe) and Lord John Grey’s (David Berry) heart-wrenching choice, following the belief that Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) had perished at sea.
