CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Each year the Luther College music department hosts Christmas at Luther.
We visited the campus for a special holiday edition of Our Town Decorah.
Christmas at Luther welcomes in the Christmas season each December.
Student ensembles prepare all semester to perform four shows in front of sold out crowds.
Senior Cam Moll studies music education and is Artistic Director of Luther Ringers.
“It’s really amazing to just be in that space and it’s a space that we’re used to performing in but to see every seat full is just really a special thing,” Moll explained.
While one third of Luther students participate in music, not all of them are studying it as a career.
