A TINY home village has finally come to completion after one home was built per week by a Canadian nonprofit.
The gated community features 96 homes and rent is low to help reduce homelessness and poverty.
12 Neighbours is a charity based in New Brunswick, Canada that aims to provide safe, affordable, and permanent housing to those in need.
The charity’s founder, Marcel LeBrun, has been building a tiny home community in north Fredericton since September 2021.
His goal was to create a safe space for those living on the streets or in the woods.
