28-year-old Myeicia Amison was killed, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol.
HURON COUNTY, Ohio — One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Huron County early Thursday, according to a press release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
An OSHP investigation indicated a semi-truck was traveling eastbound on State Route 113 around 3:44 a.m. in Lyme Township. The driver of a 2017 Acura ILX was traveling southbound on State Route 4 and, according to authorities, failed to stop at the stoplight where SR 113 and SR 4 intersected.
The Acura was struck by the semi truck. The driver of the Acura, identified by authorities in the press release as 28-year-old Myeicia Amison, of Sandusky, suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
The driver of the semi-truck was not injured, OSHP said.
In the press release, authorities said alcohol and drugs were not considered factors in the crash. The incident remains …
