Organizers hold Winter Truckerland at Clarksburg Hobby Lobby [Video]

CLARKSBURG, W.Va (WDTV) – On Sunday, was the Winter Truckerland where truckers decorated their trucks for this holiday community event.

Truckers greeted all the kids that were in attendance and they showed off all their decorated trucks as well.

Event organizer Kyley Matheny said this idea is something that she wanted to do since last year.

“I wanted to one last year, but I was too late getting to it and with the truck or treat everybody was like oh my gosh you should do something for Christmas,” said Kyley Matheny. “So, all the guys back there was really supportive of the idea, and we were able to get all together.”

During the event Santa Clause stopped by on a semi-truck to take photos with the children.

The photographer for the event said that she is happy to capture all the special moments for the kids to remember.
