OpenAI has Started On-Campus Recruiting [Video]

OpenAI has finally started on campus hiring starting from UC Berkeley. Andrew Peng from OpenAI posted on X from the Wozniak Lounge at UC Berkeley campus about their inaugural campus recruiting event. 

OpenAI has also started their Emerging Talent Tech Community where new graduates can be a part of the OpenAI community. 

According to a Reddit discussion, OpenAI has plans of hiring 4 people currently with people predicting that the next universities would be Carnegie Mellon, Stanford, and Caltech University, or maybe MIT as well. 

OpenAI has always been on a hunt for attracting young talent. Last year, the team launched its Residency Programmefor people from various backgrounds with a $210,000 annual salary. Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, highlights the significance of this program, stating, “This …
