ONTARIO, Ore. — A house fire early Sunday morning left nine people, including children, without a home after flames tore through the northeast corner of the building and spread to the attic, according to a press release from Ontario Fire and Rescue.
Ontario Fire and Rescue responded to the blaze at 707 NW 4th Street around midnight, with multiple agencies rushing to fight the extensive fire, the release stated. Initial crews from Rescue One arrived to find heavy flames pouring out of the home and quickly set up a water supply from a nearby hydrant.
