Elevate Rapid City has a “Rapid City Housing Dashboard” page people can access to find current housing data in the region.
The dashboard can serve as a helpful tool for real estate professionals, contractors, and nonprofit organizations who may be looking for the latest housing statistics to help them make decisions that could impact their businesses and the community.
The web page is updated every month and includes different metrics including vacancy rates, median home prices, and average rent costs.
