One woman has died after found with multiple gunshot wounds, Schertz police says [Video]

SAN ANTONIO — One woman was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds by Schertz Police Friday night, according to a press release. 

The incident took place at the 11600 block of Voges Pass around 11:12 p.m. Friday.

Officials say upon arrival they found a woman to have sustained a deadly injury from multiple gunshot wounds. 

One male has been detained by investigators. 

Texas Rangers are assisting Schertz Police in this investigation. 

Schertz Police says there is no further threat to the community as it’s an isolated incident.
