A Gray Pontiac, White Ford F-350 and Gray Honda were involved in the fatal crash.
ODESSA, Texas — Seventeen-year-old Fabian Navarro died in a three-car collision at the intersection of Andrews Highway and Yukon Rd., according to an Odessa Police Department press release.
Around 5:28 p.m., OPD and Odessa Fire Rescue responded to a major crash at the intersection.
When crews arrived and conducted an investigation, it revealed that a Gray Pontiac, driven by a juvenile, was going west on Yukon. A White Ford F-350 was going east on Yukon.
The juvenile driver failed to yield the right of way and turned south causing a collision.
During the crash, OPD stated that a Gray Honda was merging onto Yukon and Andrews Highway and got stuck.
A passenger in the Pontiac, Navarro, was pronounced dead at the scene.
