The meetings are a result of reporting by 2 On Your Side that has brought customer concerns about high electric bills and new Smart Meters to the company.
BUFFALO, N.Y. — NYSEG will host a series of customer meetings as they try to address recent concerns and questions about Western New York electric bills.
According to a press release from the gas and electric provider, four meetings will held allowing customers to meet in person with NYSEG service representatives in hopes of addressing account needs.
The meetings are being held in Clarence, Cheektowaga, Depew, and Alden in the following locations on Tuesday and Wednesday:
- Tuesday, September 24 – Clarence Town Hall – One Town Place, Clarence – 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, September 24 – Cheektowaga Senior Center – 3349 Broadway, Cheektowaga – 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
