HONOLULU (Island News) — Many precautions are being put into place by state officials to make certain “The Eddie” as safe as possible.

Tens of thousands are expected to gather on the North Shore for the huge event, but those planning to attend should also pack some patience.

There will be no parking along a huge stretch of Kamehameha Highway. These are some things to take into consideration if you are planning on attending Sunday.
