The North Myrtle Beach community celebrated 25 years of the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce last night.
Cheryl Y. Kilday, President & CEO of the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce spoke with MyrtleBeachSC News pointing out the town’s strong sense of civic pride. Said Kilday, “There’s a lot of great business leaders and businesses that have made sure that we are always forging ahead, differentiating North Myrtle Beach from other coastal communities.”
She added, “And to claim that community pride, cooperation and coalition building that is required when you have a chamber of commerce and a tourism promotional organization.” She later stated, “We’ve got a good grounding in the community.”
