Nintendo’s new Alarmo alarm clock was just unveiled this week, and although users won’t get their hands on the device until 2025, Nintendo has announced that its newest piece of hardware already has a day-one update for users to download as soon as they get their hands on the device.
As one might imagine, Alarmo is a Nintendo-themed alarm clock that uses sounds from popular Nintendo titles to help users wake up on the right side of the bed each morning. (The “right” side presumably being whichever one doesn’t have a green shell lurking nearby for users to slip on.) Alarmo also features motion-sensing technology that allows users to silence its sounds with a single handwave.
