Hurricane Francine caused widespread power outages and flooding across Southeast Louisiana. As crews continue to assess damage, some schools are announcing closures for Friday, Sept. 13. Terrebonne Parish: Due to extensive power outages and conditions throughout our community, all schools and offices will be closed tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 13, 2024.St. Tammany Parish: St. Tammany Parish Public School officials are carefully assessing all school campuses and working closely with parish officials and emergency responders to evaluate conditions in our parish. At this time, we have many schools without power.
