New Macy’s opens in Elk Grove | Latest [Video]

ELK GROVE, Calif. — The city of Elk Grove continues to expand bringing in more economic development opportunities. Friday was the soft launch, and Saturday will be the grand ribbon cutting of the new Macy’s located off Laguna Boulevard.

The grand opening comes as Macy’s is closing 150 stores through 2026 to capitalize on real estate.

Bryan Montemayor with Macy’s says they have had a great response from the community.
