BRISTOL, Va. (WJHL) – The Appalachian Sustainable Development (ASD) non-profit organization is creating a new agriculture campus with a food hub, a business development hub and a workforce development hub in Bristol, Virginia.
The 17.5-acre campus is located at 17444 Singingwood Lane, Bristol, Virginia, 24201.
“So anyone from the community can come and use this campus,” Kathlyn Terry Baker,Appalachian Sustainable Development CEO, said. “It’s targeted at educating and providing access to markets. So it could be farmers who are wanting to have access for more markets, for produce or be for value-added products.”
