NAMI and Willowstone to host 2nd annual WABOO festival | Local [Video]

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Two leading mental health organizations, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and Willowstone Family Services are hosting the 2nd annual WABOO Music Festival. 

All proceeds from the festival will support local nonprofit Willowstone Family Services and National Alliance on Mental Illness – West Central Indiana (NAMI-WCI). 

There will be seven local musicians performing and attendees can enjoy music, food, beverages, activities, as well as craft vendors who will be showcasing their creations within a fun atmosphere of unity and awareness of the issues of mental health.

The event is September 21 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Howarth Center in Lafayette. 

General admission the festival is $15 for adults, $10 for ages 11-24 and free for ages 10 and under.
